The final stage of the Artist’s Ascent is about Creative Ownership. We believe the best way to grow the Vancouver comedy scene is to empower our artists to lead it. Through our Showrunner Incubator, veteran students and performers are mentored in the "business of funny." We help you find a venue, build a brand, and produce your own original comedy format under the Instant Theatre umbrella.
The Artist's Ascent
This is also the home of our Faculty Training Program. We take the best of our performers and teach them the art of pedagogy, ensuring that the Instant Theatre "Studio" standard is passed down to the next generation of explorers. Here, you don't just follow the roadmap, you help draw it.
