SHOWS
Every show is made up on the spot.
Live improvised comedy and performance in Vancouver. No script, no safety net, no two shows the same. Just performers, a stage, and whatever happens in the room.
WHAT TO EXPECT
No script. No safety net. Just trust.
An Instant show isn't stand up. It's not a play. It's a group of performers walking on stage with nothing. No script, no plan, no idea what is about to happen while building an entire performance from audience suggestions.
Sometimes it's funny. Sometimes it's surprisingly moving. It's always honest, because it cant be anything else.
You don't need to know anything about improv to enjoy it. You just need to be in the room.
WHAT YOU WILL SEE
A few different ways we make things up.
Instant focuses on long form improvisational theatre with sprinkles of short form games. Audience suggestions turn from quick scenes, games, and formats that keep energy high and laughs close together to a full piece of theatre that has never existed before and will never exist again.
